can anyone help i have just put a shower in with termostic mixer taps.-no presure so installed a pump fine loads of water but the water is so hot it burns if i turn down the tepriture on the taps it stops i have turnd down the thermostat on the imm tank but its still to hot anyone know what i can do next please you can e-mail me direct if it heps [email protected] thanks

something has to be wrong then as thermostatic mixer means just that, it should come out at the correct temp set by the thermostatic mixer, you may have a faulty one or not been set up correctly.
Hot and cold the wrong way round?

could be Andy or depending on the make cartridge not set correctly

i found out that i had to take the cap off and ajust the thermostat temp spot on now
