The maximum is 7.5 KW (taking into account the practical KW ratings of electric showers in the UK on a 230VAC - 240VAC supply)
230VAC is the assumed voltage for all calculations these days.
However, that is the absolute maximum shower KW rating assuming a cable run that is not too long, does not pass through thermal insulation and is not bundled with too many other cables. The shower circuit must also be protected by a 30mA RCD.
