Yes, but near the top there seem to be two removable tabs holding tiles/panel in place.
Nope, if I’m reading it right, that’s the 2 screw holes in the back stretcher support panel of the vanity unit, they're usually used to screw the vanity unit to the wall

That’s the same as my upstairs toilet. Pain in the arris to do anything on it. You have to undo those two screws at the bottom, slide it forward to access the iso valve at the other end of the flexi. I have one of those flexi pan connectors too. When refitting, I have to expand it as far as it will go, connect it to the wc and the waste pipe, turn on the iso then slide whole lot back to the wall. At least you can get to one end of your flexi, I can't on mine.
