This valve came with the toilet cistern kit - anybody identify it ? will it work with a low pressure feed (approx 6m head). There are no marks on it at all, the blue cover comes off and there appears to be a pin hole and a needle arrangement with a diaphram underneath. Have to blow hard to get any air through !! :?

Its a torbeck valve, it will be fine with your set up. It shuts the valve when the pressure of of the water in the valve and in the cistern are equal. That needle you talk about allows a small amount of water into the chamber.

OK guys - I'll try it and if needs get another one.
Still interested to know where is comes from , dosn't match up with Fluidmaster or Torbeck published products.
