Side return Extension 4.5 metres - PD v Planning

Decision: PRIOR APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED and the extension would be in line with PD

Now the tricky part:
the informative states that is that it should be done in accordance with the plans submitted (i.e. the wrap-aound)
we actually want to do a smaller side extension (i.e. one that doesn't exceed half the width and is 4.5 metres and not 6 (thus not crossing the side elevation).

Architect says we should just do the smaller side infill instead of asking the council to change it now. If they'e OK with the more contentious six that went ahead of the original rear wall of the side etc., 4.5 (that doesn't actually offend these rules). will be OK.
