Siemens ecosense dishwasher not allowing water in

SOS shes having to do manual washing up and is not pleased. Dishwasher which has one of those leak sensing pipes will not allow water in, yellow light on tap symbol error code e14. Have replaced inlet pipe but still does the same. There doesn't appear to be any float valve arrangements in the machine, they really didn't want anyone getting into these things, anything else to check? Thanks
