Hi the washing machine door was locked shut. My partner managed to open it while i was out. I don't know how she did it but she said the lock released before locking again when she switched it off at the plug.
Anyway now we have a washing machine with an open door but the locking mechanism engaged meaning we can shut the door to use. The machine must think the door is shut as if you start a program it starts with the door open (not ideal).
Does anyone know how to fix this as i would rather not call someone out at the moment for obvious reasons but could do with some clean boxers.
