I have a wireless thermostat siemens rdj10rf. I know it is wired in L1 and LX but which way do these go into a biasi boiler m96a24smc boiler ie terminal 1 and 3. thanks in advance.

It doesn't matter which way - the thermostat is just a switch and connects the two terminals together when heat is required.
