Just had our bathroom refurbished, and going to decorate ourselves the problem is the tiler has got smears of sealant on the bare plastered adjoining wall in the corners where the walls meet. I have read these corners should have just been grouted but there you go. What i would like to know is how should i tackle these corners as i know emulsion will not take to sealant. I do have a tin of Zinzzer B.I.N would a coat of this do the job before painting with the emulsion. ??

Grout or a paintable sealant/caulk. Hey Ho, you are where you are. I'd remove the silicone:
Obtain a craft knife (like a Stanley knife but with a longer blade)
Extend its blade a couple of inches so it is flexible
Press its side to the face of the tile
using the tile as a guide use the tip to cut into the silicone all the way along
Use the knife or a spoke shave or similar tool to mechanically remove the silicone stuck to the plaster, removing a thin layer of plaster too if necessary
Any areas of significant damage make good with filler
Apply paint
