Hi all

Just need some advice on silicone and sanitary sealants

bought some acrylic sealer from evostick was applied about a week ago and it has shrunk quite a lot to the extent it has left pin holes in places it wasnt like that when i applied it and you can just tell it has shrunk.

what i want to know is is this because it was a sealer and not a silicone and does this happen with cheaper silicones

whats the best silicone to use

Also dow corning 785 is good.

I agree,
Dow and Weber SL range (made by Dow to same spec but cheaper Crazy how you can pay for a name )
