What silicone

Hi. We have had to replace some of the silicone around our bath.
I thought it was translucent so bought some dowsil Sanitary Sealant but when I applied it, the existing silicone looks more cloudy.
What silicone could that be?

A photo would be better, could be the translucent/clear silicone has aged. Also for future reference, forum information is for forum information, not plumbing etc.

I think we used white silicone. Colour may have faded a little over time.

Why would you use translucent silicone around a bath? BTW if you just added new silicone to existing silicone it will just peel away/go mouldy/fail.
