Silk paint on plaster

My Mum thought she was being helpful by painting my ceilings but she's painted silk emulsion in the wrong colour onto the freshly plastered surfaces!!

She didn't even water it down

What do I need to do to it to correct it??

If it were me I'd use a cheap oil based primer and then do it again with the right stuff.

Apart from it being the wrong colour, what problems are you experiencing with it that you wish to correct.
