Sills filling with water ??

Sounds like one of the drain pipes is blocked or come off.
On VW's you can cheat and slide a length of windscreen washer pipe down through the existing pipe and glue it in at the top, saves pulling the headlining out which can be a pig of a job. Might be worth a go!

Didn't get much time to play with it today but now that it has been identified that the water is getting in via the sunroof have been using jugs of water rather than hose pipe so no need for the dog fortunately.

Feeling through the head lining can confirm that there are tubes running from both corners.

When pouring the water in no water exits from the drivers side at all so assume that pipe must be blocked.

On the passenger side the water enters into the car straight away at a fast rate. Did manage to pull off some of the interior trim and can see the tube running down the doorpost. The outside of the tube felt dry. The rate at which the water leaked think the problem will be a little more than a blocked exit hole. The tube did feel firmly attached so don’t think the end has become detached. It will be difficult to see clearly as its mostly hidden by the metal work but hope to have more of a play tomorrow.
