There is news that some of the powers that be want to remove the automatic release at the half way point of prison sentences for terrorists.

Now, what am I missing?

Why not just double the sentences?

Is this the same people who want to cut public services, sorry, I mean cut public spending, sorry I mean cut taxes, no, I was right the first time, it's all the same thing.

So we have insufficient prisons, insufficient prison staff, insufficient probation officers, insufficient courts, insufficient police and insufficient youth services?
