Silver Star Boiler not heating.

First of all hello to everyone on this site. This is my first post and stumbled across it after googling my boiler. The last few days my boiler has been intermitent in the mornings. Upon switching it on i can hear it come on for a second and then it switches off. I have found the only way to get it on is to run the hot water tap for a few minutes and then i can hear it start up.. The boiler is a ravenheat silverstar ls 80 or 80T, pressure is sat at 1.5 although we do have to repressurise occasionally. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a possible flue/fan prob, if so you need a RGI
