Hi folks, first post here.

My boiler stopped working on Christmas eve (2 years in a row). It had been making a noise that is some way between water running through a narrow opening, and a grinding noise (if that makes sense?). Then stopped working altogether. It seems to try to start then doesn't ignite. Then a green light flashes next to a symbol that sort of resembles fan blades. As the pressure had gotten a little low I was advised to top up the pressure and press the reset button to see if that made a difference before phoning to get it repaired. I am unable to find the reset button.

Could anyone tell me where it is located? I'm not sure what the model is. It just says Sime 80 format on the front. I'm guessing though that's the model.

Thanks.

Thanks very much. Alas it looks like I'll have to pay the 85 quid to get it repaired and serviced.
