Hi
Replaced one MK celing switch in bathroom with another but the new one has slightly different screw positions-as usual.
Anyway I checked the position in the loft above and it looked like the new screw positions would go through the batten so made the screw holes in the plaster.
Result was that one went in perfectely and the other missed and just went thru the ceiling floor. Switch is pretty secure and will work for a while but if I fit another batten (perfectionsist but you'd never guess!) how do I remove the existing screw which is just poking through the celing floor but won't come out.
Didn't want to apply too much force from above in case I come through the ceiling!
Thanks
