Simple Wiring for Lighting.

I think the point about the one above is that it has cable grips and can be pushed through a downlighter hole...

I expect they can be had for less money somewhere other than TLC...

Also note that junction boxes should be accessible - I'm not sure if under loft boarding counts as accessible (especially if it's the tongue and groove type that you basically have to destroy to take up), so you may need to make provisions for access (e.g. have it so you can pull the JB out through the hole in the ceiling for the light or something...)

Edit: Obviously only do this with one with cord grips or whatever, as other boxes would need to be fixed to something so you couldn't pull them through!

Job now done, I use 20Amp 4 way junction boxes.

Looks a lot neater now with just the one cable going into the pennant and future proofs my setup for modern lighting.
