I am looking to put a single storey rear extension on my mid terraced property which is going to be 7 metres by 4 metres deep with flat roof
I will be dealing with the planning application (I am LPA Planner) and a friend is doing plans and building regulation application.
My dad is a builder but has been out the game for a while and will be building the extension with my help (weekends etc)
As there will be no labour cost what is the ball park figure for building the extension excluding labour?
The existing openings to the rear serving kitchen and sitting room will mean no need for new openings in the wall of the house.
