Sink Crack

Hi All,

My sink has been cracked and not sure to replace it or to try and repair. If I replace it I think I need to replace the whole unit and I have tenants moving in one week. Any advice for a good repair kit or if it’s even worth it. Thanks.

Replace it.

Cabinet above and something heavy fell out I guess. Going to happen
