can anyone tell me how to sort my bathroom sink waste out? the new waste system seems too small for the hole in the sink, i have plumbers mait but it still leaks, I have been told the waste unit is a standard size and need to use filler hence the "mait" ...help!
take it out
clean it
replace with a bead of decent silicone under the rim
put a good bead on the underside speccially round the threads fit a poly washer
replace the backnut and tighten
