My plug hole keeps blocking with food then I unblock it with a wet/dry vac but it caused stink out my flat (like drains)- does this mean I need to clean the pipes underneath ? Take them apart. Also, the thing which goes in the small sink on left Has come apart buy a replacement?

If you don't have water in the U bend, then there is nothing to stop drain smells coming up and out.
To solve the problem - use those sieve food catchers, and empty them into your compost bin, and, more importantly, stop putting food in the sink.
