OK 3/4 of the way down my garden the lawn has a dip in it 2m round and around 100mm deep.
Over the years i have slowly sanded the area to bring it back up to lawn level, this works well, then a few months later its sunken again.
Could this be a soak away under the lawn? and what do i do to stop it?
