Hi, just trying to fit one of the above waterheaters . The instructions seem to think everyone knows how to fit them. They mention that it has a PRD and it should have a tundish fitted below it piped to waste. The only tundish i can find is in the BES catalogue and is made of aluminium with a 3/4 inch outlet. Is this the type to fit or is there something more suitable available and how do i connect plastic waste to it or does it have to be copper ?
If plastic will 21.5mm push fit waste be OK or does it need to be solvent weld or bigger ? Presume copper would have to be 22mm ?
One last thing, the inlet is a plastic bush. Does anyone know if a 1/2 inch tap connector will screw onto this ?
By the way im getting a spark to do the electrics.
Cheers STIX.
