hi forum
2 pipes (15mm copper hot and cold) will be chased through a breeze wall that will be skimmed with rapid set floor tile cement, i've got concerns to do with
1) proximity to each other they will be close together and I want to minimise heat loss from the hot to the cold - thinking of padding between them with an old bicycle tyre. or something reccomended for the job.
2) expansion/contraction, how to stop it cracking the render if it would.
3) water hammer effect, not sure what the outcome of years of this would be to the wall ot render.
Is there a special foam i can use to fill the gap, plastic conduit is out of the question aas there will be 3 90 degree bends (dont want joins in inaccessible pipes)
bert.
