Today I read about a kind of heating system I've never seen (or heard of, for that matter).

Does anyone here has experience with Skirting Heating System? Might be a solution for some of our customers who don't want radiators in extensions, conservatories but where the underfloor is not really suitable for underfloor heating (height etc).

Haven't any experience yet, but I've got a small section on order as I reckon they will be a much less ugly heater than ordinary rads. I'll let you know.

one product is called heatprofile. You get a few hundred watts per metre at 80c flow and it costs about £50 a metre.

I ordered it from Discount Heating, I think Smiths make them.

Heatprofile is here . It looks promising, and better looking than the unit I ordered, BUT...... Just have a look on the "Benefits" page, and the krap technical description about how heat is generated. Who writes this stuff? They're obviously not technical.
