we were surprised as well moz. I think we did them a favour. there was something wrong with the dish. the guy came to look at it, said he went up and fixed it, still not working new engineer came around and knew who it was. went up and the dish still had spiders webs on it where it hadnt been touched. We wrote in to the head lady and she was absolutly excellent. I think they got rid of the guy.
