Sky no signal after house move.

Hi,
I've just moved house.
Old house had 2 Sky cables coming out of wall and going into Sky HD box. All working fine with no problems.
I only removed these 2 cables when I moved. Sky had already sorted out Sky for when I moved into my new house. New house has only 1 Sky cable coming out of wall.
I connected this to the dish input 1 but after say 10 minutes no signal. I then tried this cable in dish input 2 but still no signal. When it was in dish input 1 I had the Sky border along the bottom of the screen where you would normally see channel and what's on etc. Having check my phone and Sky wifi that's fine.
Can you maybe advise what is the issue please.

If you must have a single input, the box should be set to only use a single input in the installer menu.

Or get a twin cable installed and use it properly.
