Sky TV error. There help isnt worthy of the word 'help'

I have an error message ;' There is a technical fault with this channel Please try latter'.
I had this yesterday on most channels, then they started to work except 1 or 2.
Today all channels. I can d/load.
Go to Sky help on the web, its Fin ****.
Please either a link to Sky help or just help

Often just dish problems, heavy rain or wind can affect for a short time, or birds perching in the wrong place .

I will also guess dish fault, I had it a few years ago when it snowed heavy.

That's how I know it's raining without having to look out of the window!. I'm thinking of going to BT TV though
