Slashing the boats in shallow water, now

Huge numbers coming now:

The legal migrants were allowed to arrive as they were needed. On the whole, they pay into the system. The illegals are not needed and pay fùck all into the system.
Just checking we're not complaining about there not being enough room.

Let's face it if we have to build a new Edinburgh to accommodate the non small boats population influx then building a new Tadcaster in addition is irrelevant.

There’s room in my house for a hundred people. Trouble is, those that are entitled to live there wouldn’t be able to easily access the facilities and there would be large queues to use the loo, get to the kitchen, have a bath, get in bed etc etc plus they'd be paying for the upkeep of those who shouldn’t be there to use the facilities that they can now no longer easily access.

Why the feck weren't they doing this months ago? Pathetic. Why do they seem to act on things months/years late and then what? We're supposed to applaud and say 'oh well done!'

Also, on watching the clip, there was a young girl on the boat in floods of tears, obviously in fear. Breaks my heart that innocent kids get dragged into all the ills going on in the world.

French law and the speed it moves at presumably.

That was said to be what they had in mind, to change the rules so they could enter the water to stop them.
Apparently they are going to be given permission to go 300 metres into the water. The French cop said they are not even allowed to go into the water even if it’s 1cm deep!

Looks like permission has been granted. I’m sure they don’t want them travelling all across France and the French having to put up with all the mess and lawbreaking involved so if this carries on, there’ll be no need for them to come to France. Bonus for the U.K. and France.
