Hi Folks.......I am in the process of buying this property and am asking if this roof is a big deal to put right plus what it might cost ?
The two houses join at this point and are on a slight angle to each other.
Is it a big deal ?

It needs either separating with a valley or tiling in with smaller (narrower) slate units.
