Clever.
BLACK BLACK BLACK - or what ever you want - including the brown.
As long as all cores are identified it don't matter.
The lean is towards Brown as live (makes huge sense), Grey as Neutral (as it is the corresponding third phase - Red Yell Blue AKA Brown Black Grey).
This leaves earth as the BLACK.
The NIC say - "De-neutralise the neutral - black is not neutral - use i as earth".
Fairly boring topic now - it's been done to death.
