slip ratings

Anyone know much about slip ratings? I'm looking to tile up our front pathway to our front door and been looking around a load of porcelain tiles for it. I've come across a lot of R9 rated tiles but it seems to be on the lowest side of the ratings e.g https://tinyurl.com/yc5u6z3m

Do you think the slip rating will be sufficient even after a downpour in the uk?
