I have a house with two pitched roofs basically the main roof of the house is pitched both sides, and on one side there is an extension with a pitched roof, now the guttering from the main pitched roof has a long length of downpipe running down the extension roof also pitched.

what is the best way to terminate this downpipe into the extension roof guttering i dont really want it running short, and spilling all over one area of the extension roof, i would prefer to put perhaps a stop end, or a shoe in the said down pipe to slow the flow, and have it permanently sealed in to the other downpipe..

any ideas i can get a picture if it helps..
