I have a 4.8 Meter length of guttering to install and was wondering how much of a slope in inches I need along the entire length. Can anyone offer any help please. I'm thinking probably no more than 1 inch looking at neighbours' guttering, but would rather have advice from someone who knows what they are talking about. Thanks all!

You can almost set guttering level provided that the brackets are plentiful and are true.
Any dips will collect silt.
I say max 45mm because any more can cause overshoot.
