Small sander recommendations

I’m planning on decorating the communal hall and front door in my building and looking for recommendations for the best sander to buy. I have a Makita RO but need something smaller. Should I go for a detail sander or 1/4 sheet.
Id rather not buy cheapest, something mid range that I will reuse.

Hello Sollie,

If your looking for something really small I would recommend a Dremel. They last forever and obviously do more than sand.
