I just googled that, is this guaranteed standards of performance?

Fail to attend is £30.00 and then failing to compensate within 10 days is another £30.00

So they would pay £60.00 twice for two no shows and not paying compensation in either case.

Shell is there supplier.

Yes I have checked the emails. Two dates and two no shows.

If they are unable to attend their appointed time, then they must give you adequate advance notice of the cancellation. I think that is 48 hours before the appointment, otherwise, they have to pay you compensation.

not sure but think the compensation is credited against your account not actual cash in hand so you benefit and they dont actually pay 30 quid
