Hi again it seems the fault is to do with the Safety Level tripping. Has anyone any ideas how to solve an E2 Safety level fault,

Metering tank blocked or transfer pipe from metering tank to sum blocked. You can clear the latter, replace the former.

Go for the easier one first.
Take the fine filter out inside and look into the sump. Is there a black rubber flap there? If there is, get a long cable tie and push it into the pipe behind the flap and rod it out. You should get a load of crud out. Then try the dishwasher.
The metering tank is accessible by removing the top and left hand panels.

Hi again sleepy if your there, doesn't seem to be a black flap under the fine filter at the bottom of the dishwasher!!

These things are great!!

you advice again would be very appreciated.

OK, what is the model number of your machine? I need it so I can have a look at the schematics.
In general, right (sorry I kept saying left) hand panel off and you'll be able to see the metering tank, at the bottom should be a hose going to the sump of the wash compartment. That's the hose that normally blocks.
Once I've got the model number I should be able to be more specific.
