I wonder if anyone can help with the fault I have on a DWI612C?
The unit starts ok but seems to stop at the end of the rinse cycle. Water remains at the bottom of the unit. No error codes appear - the light confirming the program selected just remains illuminated.
If I reset the system and cancel the program (hold down the program selector button for 3-4 seconds) the system will pump out the water and move to the end (not washing the dishes).
There is no audible pump noise when the cycle stops.
Has anyone had a similar issue or suggest a possible solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
