In that case take legal advice, then tell them that your legal advice is that you have the right to a replacement appliance on the basis that it is not fit for purpose, i.e. it smells too much to be kept in the kitchen.kristy-Marie said:thanks for your advise, its not a self deforst fridge so i'm still baffled. could also be a rodent that went to sleep where the compressor mnotor is and got trapped. Happened in my aunt's house.
