Citroen Picasso 'bo' smell from heater/ac. Anyone got any ideas to fix?

Aircon freshener. Works well, I'm told.

Shove AC freshener in the vents on full blast AC and shut windows and doors and leave for 30mins AC running.

Also make sure you use your AC regulary as this keeps system lubed and AC smelling sweet.

The smell is basically bacteria from condesation sitting in nooks and crannies of the vent system.

I had the same problem on my old Passico as Luke pointed it out, should use the air con all the year round, and if it's cold in the winter put the heater with it as well

change the pollen filter. (or remove it) Not sure how you get to it though, on a non-picasso Xsara its above the passenger footwell
