Smith's SS5 under unit heater

Hi, I have an old Smith's plinth heater which worked until recently. Works of central heating. Now not blowing air (hot or cold). Both pipes to heater hot to touch. Air/bleed valve been opened and water running. Fuse in plug 13amp and working. Any suggestions?
