Please could someone give me some advice/information on fitting and hardwiring two smoke detectors together. ie what sort of alarms do I need. What rating do I need to wire it to, and cable needed to connect them. Thanks for reply's in advance

i disagree totaly.
it depends on what make they are. I fitted some (battery operated) that can be connected with 2 core bell wire
