I have a 20'x8' shed and need to make a soakaway.
My soil is good without clay.
How big would I need to make it.
Thank you

I have now noticed that I have put the question in the wrong place.

Your comments are extremely useless and pointless but thanks how about being helpful

In well drained soil you can get away with 3.5m³ for every m² of roof area. Or as you have an imperial shed, 3.5ft³ for every ft² of roof.

So - 20 x 8 x 3.5 = 560

Dunno how deep you want to dig it - if we assume 4', you'll need to make it nearly 12' on each side.
