Softwood Window Sill from Travis Perkins

I purchased a 3m length of the above from Travis Perkins the day before yesterday. I bought it just before they closed for the day.

When I got it home and laid it on the kitchen floor I found that it is twisted / bowed. It MIGHT be ok once I have cut the sections to the size required but I don't want to risk it.

Can anyone see any problems with them accepting it back as a refund?
