Because of elevations I'm going to have a soil pipe that runs horizontally through a solid concrete slab for a couple of metres. Don't worry it won't have anything heavy directly bearing on it, and the slab will be reinforced above or below the pipe where thickness allows. I was wondering if there would be any advantage in tightly wrapping my soil pipes with thin plastic like a bin bag before pouring the concrete? The idea is that the longest run could be pulled out (with a lot of faffing about) at some point in the future if there was a problem like a serious blockage.
