soil pipe location

Hi, i will have a new toilet installed in bath room which has a toilet wast pipe through the front wall. It seems affect the front appearance of the house. May the toilet wast pipe go underneath the floor board and linked to the existing external soil pipe.

Any thoughts?

No reason why it cant provided it's done properly. Pipe needs a lintel over it to take the weight of the masonry above, and should be protected with concrete under the floor.
