Soil pipe plugs

I have recently fitted a bidet and so have had to lower the soil pipe connection to accommadate its drainage.

The stack has a hole in it which I would like to plug. Do the plumbers merchants sell a plug to tidy up this hole?

You could try a flex seal, will do the job.

Thanks for the reply but I will be cheaper putting a soil pipe boss around it.

i would usually convert unused connection to cleaning eye
or as you say fit coupling
