hi all, doe a soil stack have to have rodding points, the bottom of the pipe is less than 1m from a access chamber

hi, new soil was part of an extension that hasnt yet been passed, so are going to show willing and put a bend with access cover where the soil pipe goes through the wall, and a connection with a access hole near to the ground.
