SOIL STACK QUESTION

I HAVE 1 BATHROOM IN MY HOUSE WITH 1 TOILET IN IT THE SOIL STACK RUNS INTERNALLY AND GOES UP INTO THE LOFT, WHERE IT TERMINATES USING AN AAV MY BATH DRAIN AND MY BASIN DRAIN BOTH TERMINATE INTO THE STACK ALSO, IS THIS ALLOWED ACCORDING TO BUILDING REGS OR NOT?

Outside where possible, the only reason i ask is i have read a previous thread and some people have said its not allowed as the sole vent, how exactly do they work do you know?

No im in a row of 3 but, theres prob quite a few on the street that connect to the same line through the sewer, is that what you mean?
